Dr. Frei graduated from the Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson Medical College in 1992. She works in Loma Linda, CA and specializes in Neurology. Dr. Frei is affiliated with Loma Linda University Med Ctr and Loma Linda University Med East. She speaks English. Dr. Frei is a board certified Neurologist specializing in movement disorders and psychiatric conditions.

Our staff consists of full time coordinators, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical doctors. We also boast dedicated quality assurance professionals with CRA experience to help ensure that we are always in compliance with our protocols and GCP guidelines by conducting routine source data review and regulatory oversight.

Boasting our newly remodeled 5,000 square foot inpatient and outpatient facility we just purchased in 2015, Breakthrough Clinical Trials conducts studies in all CNS indications ranging from Phase I-IV. Our staff is capable of working around the clock depending on the demands of our trials.
